Pigmentation and sun damage can start to appear during our late twenties and thirties due to damage caused in our teens or earlier!

Over several exposures, DNA damage can occur, leading to further damage and pigmentation & increases your risk of melanoma.

At SM Skin & Laser, we offer a couple of solutions for this, removing sun spots permanently.

Option 1 is Laser Pigment Removal, using our ND Yag Laser. This is a powerful and effective option, usually used for smaller patches of pigment. This option is usually the first port of call for most pigmentation due to its effectiveness and that it is mostly pain-free.

Option 2 is IPL Pigmentation Therapy, using our IPL device. Usually, this is used for larger areas due to its larger treatment applicator.
